Property owners applying for a Short Term Rental permit with Saguache County may be required to provide a confirmation letter from the Baca Grande Water & Sanitation District verifying that water and sewer services are connected.

If you need a Short Term Rental confirmation letter, please submit a written request to the District by email at:

To help us process your request quickly, please include:

• Brief message
• Property owner name (must match our records and Saguache County records)
• Service address of the property
• Mailing address (if different)

Please note that confirmation letters can only be issued when the water and sewer account is current and in good standing.

If a property manager or agent is submitting the request on behalf of the owner, the District must first receive written authorization from the property owner.
