2026 Rates 

Dear Valued Customer,

Our goal is to continue providing reliable, high-quality, and cost-effective water and sewer services. While the District makes every effort to keep rates stable, rising operational and infrastructure costs, along with future capital needs, have made a rate adjustment necessary for 2026.

At the November Board Meeting, the Board of Directors adopted a fee resolution adjusting water and sewer base rates and water consumption charges for 2026. The fee resolution is available upon request and can also be found on the District’s website.

At the December 10, 2025 Board Meeting, the Board approved the final mill levy certification for 2026 and authorized a temporary reduction of 7.75 mills, reducing the total mill levy for 2026. This temporary reduction will be reflected on your 2026 property tax bill.
