Some homeowners in the Baca Grande Water and Sanitation District allow other individuals to act on their behalf regarding home rentals, questions about water accounts, and other matters. For the protection of all homeowners in the District, we ask that owners notify the District in writing when such relationships are established.

If you have signed a contract with a manager, the manager may bring a copy of the contract to the Baca Water office. If the agreement is verbal, we ask that the owner email us at info@bacawater.com to notify us of the authorization. This process only needs to be completed once.

We are implementing this process to help protect our homeowners. Having written authorization allows us to ensure that all actions are approved by the homeowner. Thank you for assisting us with this process.
