4:30PM Update: unfortunately the water pipe broke again, and the operation team replacing it now. The water will be restored as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

1:00PM Update: Operation team has been working quickly to repair the break and service should be restored to customers by 4:00 PM

10:00 AM Update: Operations were able to isolate the outage area to Camino Real Street and several cul-de-sacks. Operations team currently waiting on locates, and will start the work ASAP.

NOTICE!!! There is a water main break in the Chalet II area , The customers affected by the outage are Lone Pine Way, Willow Creek, Camino Real, Antelope Way, Chaparral Way, Hill Top Way, Mountain View and numerous cul-de-sacks.

District Operators are on site.

We anticipate that water services will be restored by the end of the day. In the meantime, if you require water, please feel free to bring your containers to our office located at 57 Baca Grant Way S, we will be happy to fill them up for you.

Additionally, please note that our office is also experiencing an internet outage today. We will provide updates as long as we have internet access.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. Please exercise caution while driving in the work zone.
