Our operation crew is on-site and is currently waiting for utility locates and will begin repairs shortly.
ROAD CLOSURE NOTICE:
To complete these repairs, Camino Real is closed between Camino Baca Grande and Antelope Way.
Please use high caution in the area.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work to resolve the issue as quickly and safely as possible.
5/29/2025 9:00 AM UPDATE
Unfortunately, the water leak has significantly impacted the Fallen Tree water tank, which is now running low and expected to be out of water soon. As a result, Chalet II customers will also be affected and may experience low pressure or complete loss of water service until the repairs are completed.
If you are in need of water during the outage, you are welcome to stop by the District office at 57 Baca Grant Way S. with your own containers to fill up.
UPDATE – May 29, 2025 | 3:00 PM
Leak is repaired! Water service is restored.
Please note that you may still experience: low water pressure or cloudy, bubbly, or “airy” water. This is normal during system restart. To help clear any trapped air, run your cold water taps for 10–15 minutes.
We thank you for your support during this service interruption.
