DOLA's (Department of Local Affairs) engineer has completed the assessment of the Town of Crestone's ("Town") water and sewer system. The Town is conducting one more test to make sure that infiltration on the Town side is not a factor. Once that test is completed the Town has requested the same engineer issue a final report.
