What are the annual fees?

The annual fee for a vacant lot is currently $200.00 for (AOS) "Availability of Service".

What is AOS?

(AOS) stands for "Availability of Service". The annual fee for a vacant lot is currently $200.00 per lot for availability of service. These charges are imposed by the District where District water and/or sewer lines have been installed and are ready for connection within 100 feet of the property line of a residential lot, but have not been connected.
The fees are charged annually with payment being due on June 31.

What is the minimum fee for water and sewage?

The monthly base rate for water usage from 0 to 4,000 gallons is $48.13 per month.
The monthly base rate for sewage is $40.73 per month.
The base rate fee will apply, regardless of whether the service is being active or inactive.

Upon completion of the water and sewer hookup, the customer account becomes a usage account. The monthly base rates are billed as soon as the water and sewer hookups are completed, and the property owner will begin receiving a monthly bill, regardless of the amount of usage.

Baca Grande Water and Sanitation District has designated a compliance officer for website disability-related accommodations.
