On October 18, 2006, the Board of Directors held a public hearing concerning delinquent Availability of Service accounts (A of S). At this hearing, they passed a resolution certifying all A of S accounts with balances of more than $150.00 to the Saguache County Treasurer. Thank you to all of our customers who received letters concerning these accounts and in turn resolved their delinquent balances.
