Lexam Request to Purchase Water Denied

On Friday, May 18, 2007, on a motion by Director Grant, seconded by Director Cyriacks, the Board of Directors of the District denied the April 17, 2007 request from CMS (Lexam representative) to purchase water for exploratory drilling purposess. Director Gasseling abstained from voting. Directors Canaly and Madonna could not vote due to conflicts of interest.
