The Baca Grande Water and Sanitation District recently received a number of inquiries about the quality of our water and water treatment practices, please visit our Corrosion Control FAQ page for answers to many of the questions we have been receiving.Availability Of Service Charges (“AOS”)
Availability of Service Charges are imposed by the District where District water and/or sewer lines have been installed and are ready for connection within 100 feet of the property line of a residential lot. The District will charge an AOS fee in the amount of $120 per year, per lot. The due dates of the AOS fees will be due semi-annually with the first payment being due on March 1, 2011 and the second payment being due on September 1, 2011. Payment in full is acceptable.

ACH Statements
Did you know? For those of you that are on the ACH plan and have your water/sanitation bill payment automatically deducted from your banking account, you can now elect to not receive a paper statement in the mail.
