- What are your office hours?
Our office is open from 9am- 4:30pm.
- Can I pay my bill with a credit card?
Yes. However payment with a credit card is accepted only over the telephone, fax or in person. We are unable to set up direct payment with a credit card.
- How can I set up direct payment (ACH debits)?
In order to set up direct payment, please print the "Authorization Agreement for Direct Payment (ACH Debits Form and mail the completed from to us. You may also call our office and request that the ACH Authorization form be mailed to you. We can only accept requests that include a checking or a savings account (see previous question).
- How do I change address?

- What are the annual fees?
The annual fee for a vacant lot is currently $40.00 for availability of service. In addition, all accounts receive an annual $9.00 fee for hydrant and $21.00 for system improvement.
- What is the minimum fee for water and sewage?
The minimum fee for water is $22.00 per month.
The minimum fee for sewage is $20.00 per month.
The minimum fee will apply regardless of service being on or off.
