Notice of 2012 Special District Elections
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, and particularly to the electors of the Baca Grande Water and Sanitation District of Saguache County, Colorado.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 32-1-804.1, C.R.S., that an election will be held on the 8th day of May, 2012, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. At that time three (3) Directors will be elected to serve 4-year terms.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN pursuant to Section 1-8-104, C.R.S., that applications for mail-in ballots may be filed with AJ Beckman, the Designated Election Official of the District, 141 Union Boulevard, Suite 150, Lakewood, Colorado 80228-1898, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., until the close of business on the Friday immediately preceding the regular election (Friday, May 4, 2012), except that if the applicant wishes to receive the mail-in ballot by mail, the application shall be filed no later than the close of business on the 7th day before the election (Tuesday, May 1, 2012).
