MAY 4, 2004 REGULAR ELECTION
BACA GRANDE WATER & SANITATION DISTRICT
Well, it was a close race to the finish in this year’s regular election.
We at the District would like to thank all of our candidates for expressing
an interest in serving on our Board of Directors. We would also like to say
thank you to those incumbents who will not be returning to serve as a director.
Your time, dedication, and knowledge were very much appreciated.
AND FOR THE RESULTS…
Christine Canaly was nominated as our new face to fulfill a four-year term.
Welcome aboard, Chris! Clem Gasseling will be returning as a four-year incumbent
as well – welcome back, Clem!
Marta Shoman will be fulfilling a two-year term. Welcome to the board, Marta! Lisa Cyriacks is our two-year returning incumbent – welcome back, Lisa!
We want to extend a big thank-you to our 2004 election judges: Len Schreiner, Patricia Johnson, and Roni Chernin. It was a long day and they were quite the sports. Many thanks for all of your hard work.
