BGWSD’s Purpose:

Annual Bills: Your annual Baca Grande Water and Sanitation Bill will arrive with your January billing statement. Please note the Annual Bill is due on March 31.
New Look! In an effort to help us better serve our customers, beginning with the January 2010 utility billing, you will see a new, improved billing statement format. You will receive an 8/1/2” x 11” paper billing statement, mailed in envelopes for customer privacy with a return envelope enclosed for mailing your payment.
In addition to mail-in payments there are many ways to pay your bill..
- DROP OFF: You can drop off your payment at the following locations.
- There is a drive-up payment box in the parking lot at 57 Baca Grant Way S., Crestone.
- The Saguache County Credit Union in Crestone also accepts payments for the BGWSD.
- BY PHONE: Also available is payment by phone and direct payment with a credit card. There are no charges for these options. Just call 719-256-4310.
- CREDIT CARD: Payment with a credit card is accepted only over the telephone, fax or in person. We are unable to set up direct payment with a credit card at this time.
- DIRECT PAYMENT: In order to set up direct payment (using your checking or savings account), please print the "Authorization Agreement for Direct Payment" (ACH Debits Form) and mail the completed form to us. You may also call our office and request that the ACH Authorization form be mailed to you. We can only accept requests that include a checking or a savings account.
- IN PERSON: If you enjoy doing business face-to-face you can always stop by the BGWSD office at 57 Baca Grant Way S. to pay your bill.
